From Theory to Practice: Equipping Entrepreneurs for Growth

What makes a business successful? It has been a constant question for entrepreneurs and aspiring leaders all around the world. Although the key to success usually varies depending on the type of industry and its goals, there are fundamental key points that consistently contribute to a thriving business. Let’s delve into these key points and explore how they can be cultivated to achieve both short- and long-term success with Ms. Haraya Del Rosario Gust, a certified implementer of EOS and the speaker of the event.

Ms. Haraya introduced the Entrepreneurial Operating System, or EOS. It is a business model and a set of interconnected tools designed to assist leadership teams in enhancing, expanding, and growing their enterprises while allowing their employees to grow, be fulfilled, and achieve their own goals. The model consists of six key components: Vision, Data, Process, People, Traction, and Issues.

The speaker focused on “Issues” and emphasized that all businesses have them, but they needn’t be overwhelming. She offered a step-by-step process for categorizing issues and prioritizing tasks. She concluded with valuable tips and reminded them that “We Run on EOS Panel.”

As the night deepened, the panel discussion started. Moderated by Ms. Haray, the panel featured seasoned CEOs: Mr. Ryan Cruz (Nippon Hasha Inc.), Mr. Jerald Sze (Straightforward), and Mr. Mahesh Mirpuri (Styletex Corporation). The discussion was both insightful and engaging, as the CEOs openly shared their experiences and challenges at the helm of their companies. The event concluded with a lively Q&A session.

What the Heck is EOS? The event shattered the mold of a typical conference. Here, entrepreneurs weren’t passive listeners; they were active participants in a problem-solving forum. Together, they tackled the intricacies of running a business, forging a path towards practical solutions.
