On November 15, 2024, FICCI Next Gen Members and FICCI Members gathered at the Lazada Office in BGC for the “From Click to Delivery: Exploring E-Commerce Excellence with FICCI and Lazada” event, held in partnership with Lazada Philippines.

 

Led by Mr. Louis Aguilar, Head of Brand Acquisition at Lazada Philippines, the event opened with an enlightening discussion on the AIPL Funnel (Awareness, Interest, Consideration, Purchase, and Loyalty) and the 3 Key Business Drivers: Traffic, Conversion Rate, and Spending per Transaction — essential tools for driving sales growth. Participants also explored leveraging Lazada’s innovative features, such as Flash Sale, LazCoins, Livestream, and Store Platform, to attract and engage customers.
