📌 AI Agents for Business Growth and Enhanced Sales Performance
Last October 2, FICCI members gathered at the Makati Shangri-La for a special event focused on the evolving role of AI in business. The session, titled “AI Agents for Business Growth and Enhanced Sales Performance,” was facilitated by AI Expert, Mr. Raj Goodman Anand, founder and CEO of AI-First Mindset and Goodman Lantern (UK).
During the session, Raj introduced participants to the concept of AI agents and their practical uses in modern business environments. He discussed how different types of agents can be used to address specific needs within an organization: from streamlining operations and improving customer interactions to supporting decision-making and driving sales performance.
A key part of the discussion was the importance of effective prompting, which plays a significant role in how AI systems respond and deliver value. The session highlighted how a well-structured prompt can help AI agents better understand user intent and provide more relevant outputs.
Participants also had the opportunity to engage in hands-on exercises, using ChatGPT to test how different prompts lead to different outputs. Interestingly, even when given similar instructions, not everyone received the same results, highlighting the fine distinctions of AI interaction and the importance of clear, well-crafted prompts.
The event provided FICCI members with valuable insights and sparked conversations about how businesses can thoughtfully and strategically explore AI-driven solutions to meet evolving challenges and opportunities.
